Who we are
Linkkers Technologies Company, a Saudi limited liability company (National Number 7054832394), runs an AI-powered recruitment platform connecting employers and recruiters with candidates. We comply with PDPL (KSA), GDPR (EU/UK), and CCPA (California). The platform is for users aged 18 and over.
What we collect
- Account and profile details: name, email, phone, national ID, work history, skills, CVs, and assessment results
- Company and billing details for recruiters and employers
- Device, usage, and IP-based location data; precise GPS location only if you allow it
- Signals our AI infers, such as seniority or openness to new roles
How we use it
To run the platform: matching candidates with jobs, scoring assessments, generating CVs, processing payments, preventing fraud, and meeting Saudi legal obligations. Marketing is opt-in only.
AI and your data
AI powers the core of the service. You can request human review of any automated decision that significantly affects you. We train our models on anonymized data only, and never on identifiable data without your separate opt-in consent. Our AI providers may not train their own models on your data.
Who we share it with
- Recruiters and employers on the platform — you control your profile visibility
- Service providers bound by data processing agreements
- Authorities, where Saudi law requires
We never sell your identifiable personal data. Once a recruiter accesses your profile, how they use it outside the platform is their responsibility.
How long we keep it
Account data for the life of your account plus 2 years, payment records for 7 years, security logs for 12 months, and device data for 90 days. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to automated decisions, and remove your profile from recruiter search. Email privacy@linkkers.com — we acknowledge within 72 hours and respond within 15 calendar days (30 under GDPR).
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, and role-based access controls, and notify SDAIA within 72 hours of a breach.
